May Workout
Congrats to Wills K. for slaying Aprils challenge with a total score of 404. Pulled 365 on deadlift, and got chin over bar 39 times. Impressive work Wills!!
May's challenge says hello to summer with a cardio and ab shredder, capped out at 26 minutes:
- 1 mile run
- 200 Kettlebell Swings
- .25 mile run
- 100 Toe to bars
- .25 mile run
- 200 sit ups (any kind)
- 1 mile run
Score is determined by how far into the workout you make it. If you can finish the entire circuit in the time allowed, start a second round, and your score will be based on distance into the second round (or third if you're an animal).
