March Workout

This months workout is a take on the 18.1 open workout:

  • 25 Kettlebell Swings or 15 Overhead Swings
  • 8 Toes-to-bar or hanging straight leg raises
  • 10 Calorie Row

The most rounds/reps completed in 20 minutes wins.  You do not need to complete full rounds to make the reps count towards your total.  Post your score below! Remember, winner gets a free training session!
