You can get the Bell Strong experience even if you’re not local. We offer two remote service options: Remote Training for real-time training sessions and Remote Programming for tailored programs and email access to a coach.
Remote Training
Remote training is 1-on-1 personal training for athletes who are not local but still want individualized attention and tailored programming. Using Zoom, Skype, Hangouts, or FaceTime, a coach can be present during the workout, giving pointers in real-time. This option is best for those who exercise out of personal or home gyms, with access to high-speed internet.

Remote Programming
Remote programming is offline training that offers clients tailored programs, access to a coach via email, cardio homework, and basic diet guidelines. There are multiple options for program size and level of contact with coach. This option is best for athletes who perform better on their own or are not local to their coach.
