I started training with Ian about seven weeks after I had my second baby.  I’ve worked with five different trainers over the last ten years, but I’ve never had the kind of results that I’ve seen while working with Ian.  In an eight week period, I lost over 12 lbs. and nearly 8% body fat. Now that I’ve been training with Ian for five months, I’ve lost almost 30 lbs. and 11% body fat.  I had no prior experience with Olympic weightlifting and was a little intimidated to try it. However, I have been amazed by the changes I’ve seen in my body and my overall level of fitness.

I enjoy training with Ian because he pushes me outside of my comfort zone and the workouts leave me feeling challenged and accomplished.  Whether it’s kettlebells, new lifts with the barbell, climbing ropes, flipping tires, or doing handstands, Ian is continuously introducing new elements to my workout program that make it interesting, fun, and effective.  He listens to what you want to accomplish and helps you make it happen.

Ian is organized, knowledgeable, and brings his significant experience in the fitness industry to bear when developing a unique, tailored program for his clients.  He has been committed to helping me achieve my goals by going above and beyond the workouts in our weekly sessions—he provides off-day training workouts, remote coaching, and macro-level nutrition advice.  If you are serious about your fitness goals then you need to be training with Ian.
